Products listed on this site may have adjusted policies described in their ad then what is printed here (i.e. special orders, no returns on this item, etc). Failure to follow any of our policies may result in the product being shipped back to you freight collect.
WARNING: MigWeld.com aggressively monitors all orders for suspected credit card fraud utilizing advanced detection methods. Any order suspected of fraud will be reported to the FBI Internet Crime Compliant Center. We also report and cooperate with state and local law enforcement in an effort to stop online fraud.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time prior to it being shipped. Simply send an email to sales@MigWeld.com. Please include your name, invoice # and item ordered. NOTE: No cancellations can be granted after an order has been shipped. Your order may have already been shipped even if you have not yet received a tracking number. You will be notified if your cancellation was successful.
Defective Machine?
If you find that you have received a defective machine, please call the Hobart Technical Assistance line at 1-800-332-3281.
Return Policy
You must obtain prior authorization including an RGA# before returning any products purchased from MigWeld.com. Acceptance of returned items is final only after your return has been inspected.

ANY PRODUCT SHIPPED BACK TO MIGWELD.COM OFFICES WILL BE REFUSED. RETURNS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE FACTORY ADDRESS WE SPECIFY.
To obtain a return goods authorization number (RGA#), please email us at sales@migweld.com. Please include your name, invoice # and item description. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your return.
Shipping Policy
When you purchase a product through MigWeld.com, you will have the choice of selecting between UPS ground or free shipping (when applicable) in the continental United States. Your order will be processed with-in 24 hours and in many cases with-in a few hours after your order has been placed.
We ship straight from the factory and pride ourselves on processing your order as quickly as possible. Orders usually leave the factory in 1 to 2 business days depending on availability. Custom orders may take longer then stock items. All orders with a shipping address that is different from the credit card billing address may experience a delay. Migweld.com/Elk Creek Productions reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address other then the billing address at our discretion.
Occasionally orders may be back ordered or out of stock. We will contact customers by email if we learn that the item ordered is on back order. You have the option to cancel your order at any time prior to it being shipped (see cancel
info above).
We do not apply any handling charges to your order. Your shipping charges are based on the gross shipping weight of all products ordered. We use real-time shipping through UPS. The shipping rates you are quoted, are the actual shipping charges from UPS for your order.
We only ship to continental US addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes and we do not ship C.O.D. Migweld.com/Elk Creek Productions reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address other then the credit card billing address at our discretion. We will not ship to freight forwarding companies or shipping companies. If this is done without our knowledge, the purchase becomes final and sold as is.
Signatures are required for all machine purchases.
If you order multiple items and one or more items is on back order or discontinued, we will normally ship the in stock products unless you let us know in advance. Back ordered products will then be shipped when available. Discontinued items will be removed from your invoice.
If a shipment is undeliverable for any reason, you will be charged all fees that we incur due to the undelivered product. This could include but is not limited to restocking fees, return shipping fees or storage fees. These are fees that we incur due to an undelivered product and are not fees generated by MigWeld.com.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment and/or cancel order of product if questionable credit card use is suspected. Failure of customer to cooperate with verifying questionable credit card use will result in product not being shipped and order being canceled.
MigWeld.com is not responsible for products lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.
Items eligible for free shipping will be shipped by a carrier of our choice. Free shipping is only available to continental US addresses (lower 48 states). In many cases you the customer will be responsible for having the means to unload the product from the truck upon delivery. Many shipping companies may charge you a fee if they must unload the product. This fee, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer and not MigWeld.com even if your product was shipped free.
