The Spoolmate 3545 is a highly reliable and economical
spool gun with excellent feeding to aluminum. It is a lightweight industrial spool gun rated at 200 amps at 60% duty cycle. This spool gun is also well balanced giving added comfort to the operator. The spool canister accepts a 4 in. maximum spool with .030 - .047 in (0.8 - 1.2mm) aluminum, steel, and stainless steel wire. The Spoolmate 3545 is an excellent choice for light-duty aluminum fabrication with your
mig welder. Designed to be used with our IronMan 250 mig welder although may be used with other mig welders with the purchase of an additional converter switch.
